Airike Monahan
Mom trainer & trainer of moms
From client to owner.
I started in BBF classes 12 years ago after my first was born. Gained 30 kg with my pregnancy, had no fitness background and in a way, found myself.
Got qualified as a fitness instructor, and went back to BBF as a sub-contractor first, then a franchisee, and finally an owner.


Postnatal
Moms & Babies
We focus on toning and strengthening exercises with a pinch of cardio. You are encouraged to go at your own pace and take extra breaks when needed. You are in charge!
New workout every week. Ain't no one got time for boring.



Prenatal
Moms & Bumps
Our classes are hybrid so you are very welcome to come along while expecting.
We use resistance bands, light dumbbells and slam balls in class.
