Terms & Conditions
* It is your responsibility to notify BBFG of any injuries, illnesses or concerns you may have. All information will be treated in the strictest of confidence.

* It is at the discretion of BBFG instructors to allow you to participate in each class. Should an instructor advise you not to exercise, or to modify certain exercises, you must comply.
​
* If you feel any pain or discomfort while exercising, you must inform BBFG instructor, and stop if you need to.
​
* It is your responsibility to ensure the safety and comfort of both yourself and your baby or toddler. Clients should keep their babies beside their “workout area” at all times. All babies/children are the full responsibility of their mothers at all times.
​
* BBFG and its representatives are not responsible for injuries caused.
​
* BBFG and its representatives are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen property or valuables.
​
* You should be prepared for any type of weather when attending any outdoor class.
​
* Prenatal clients should “listen to their body”. All BBFG instructors are fully qualified and will only give safe instructions.
​
* If you do not feel any of the exercises are OK for you, inform the instructor, and stop if you need to.
​
* BBFG do not do drop in classes. Places on courses are limited, and courses fill quickly. If you cannot attend, you must do so in writing to the relevant management, no more than 1 hour prior to the class.
​
* You must pay for a course upfront, either online, or in cash at the start of the class.
​
* Trial class requests are offered at a cost of €15. Only 1 trial class may be attended per client.
​
* BBFG does not offer refunds. Any refunds requested are decided upon at the discretion of Baby Body Fit management, and given only on medical grounds, with an accompanying GP or consultant letter. This does not affect your statutory rights.
​
* You must use your classes within the specified time period. Course extension requests are decided upon at the discretion of BBFG management.
​
* BBFG does not allow classes to be transferred to another person. The classes are the paid clients alone.
