Baby Body Fit Galway is a Pre- and Postnatal Fitness Company.

​

Our goal is to get moms-to-be, and new mothers into, or back to movement. We do strength and toning exercises combined with light cardio. Emphasis is on making each class fun and the atmosphere judgement free.

Our classes are hybrid, meaning you can come along while expecting or after you've had your baby.

For the love of movement, and the sanity of mothers!

All babies, wobblers, toddlers

AND

older kids (when they're off school)

are very welcome to come along.
